$VIBI have very prominent people on board of which there is some synergy between the two companies which could lead one to think that there is some kind of acquisition or merger or possibly dividend of some sort that could be in the makings. Again, I have no proof of anything as these thoughts should be considered as speculation based on what have been publicly learned.
