Agreed, usually their dilution is accompanied by steep decline in price. But as noted in an earlier post they have dumped an additional 120ish million shares since Nov and share price has actually increased. If they are using that to pay off debt to secure non-dilutive funding that would be excellent. That could be possible given the share price during this period. During last >100 million share dilution last winter the share price was around 0.007 (some as low as 0.003)...very painful but I did get may average down quite a bit during that period.
