In an effort to challenge my own investment thesis, I’ve tried to maintain an open-mind and be as objective as I can, under the circumstances, when I’m presented with information that is contradicting to my bullish views of CYDY.
First thing I recall on CD12 that stuck me was someone claiming to have advance mathematics degrees going into great detail while their statistical models unequivocally “proved” CD12 was a failure... The multiple MS in mathematics is impressive if true, but hard to verify the validity of such a claim when the person’s identity is unknown... Nevertheless, I reviewed most of this individuals posts related to statistics and actually found them very convincing as a novice of statistical analysis. However, I’ve been told using “absolute” terms in statistics are normally frowned upon...
Another issue I recall was when someone mentioned they had studied “science” longer than M. Patterson, stating CytoDyn is a fraud and leronlimab is saline... Unlike like the first occurrence I referenced, this one questioned the credibility of the post IMO... I’m not sure who M. Patterson is, but that statement could very well be true... but, it’s an entirely different premise if the post is meant to compare Dr. Bruce Patterson’s scientific accomplishments... Not to mention the poster stating leronlimab is saline... sometimes less is more and adding that last statement about saline is one such time IMO...
Finally, this morning I read that “Buyer’s Strike is an outstanding old-timer analyst. His posts about CYDY list only facts...” Really? That one is a head scratcher for sure... a real head scratcher... especially if you consider the person reportedly responsible for BuyersStrike! has been fined and suspended by the SEC for illegal pipe trading...
With that said... I admit, I’m not a statistical expert nor do I have a scientific background, my degree is in finance and economics... However, I have made a point to seek out PhD’s in applied mathematics with statistical expertise to provide their “opinions” on outcome probabilities for the CD12 trial based on best available information. I have also spoken with numerous scientists and doctors regarding the science behind leronlimab to understand their “opinions” on the potential of the drug in Covid, HIV, Cancer, etc... even spoken to a couple of doctors with peer reviewed manuscripts published on leronlimab... I’ve also read every article Pro&Con on CYDY I could find...
My purpose for doing that is not to convince any of you about what to buy and/or sell... my purpose is to support MY OWN PERSONAL investment thesis... I’m very comfortable with my position... Am I thrilled about the volatility and current price of the stock with CYDY? I’m not trading this stock so, I’d prefer less volatility... But, I am continuing to accumulate the stock so, the volatility has brought opportunities to add on some of these precipitous dips...
My advice to each of you is to take all “opinions” on this board as just that... an opinion... do your own due diligence and come to your own conclusions... There are many good sources of information and data to support your own investment choice!
Be careful of those inspiring FUD!!! It does no good in my opinion to beat the drum every day and/or multiple times a day IMO...
