OMG,

ZIVO filed the annual 10K today. Literally more than a month earlier than normal.

But the huge surprise, VERY professionally done! Looks like something to be proud of and a real overview of the company vs the idiotic filings of the past that said virtually nothing except how much dilution occurred and how much money was needed.

Doesn't take but reading the first couple pages to see the drastic difference.

I've only been harping on the pisspoor filings for a decade or so. It's about time ! And they wondered why it was so difficult to raise money

Guessing there won't be a PR or investor CC either.

Gotta feel like Nasdaq is still in play. Is an RS and a new S1 on the way ?
