Exactly, the stock plan grant is excessive. If we go back to the launch of Marine through this current plan I think almost 100m shares is from, or attributed to the sum of all the stock plans. The minute they lost the Marine patents should have triggered a halt the giveaways. If they presented shareholders with a negative return they need to experience the same. Blame the BOD for allowing this to continue
