Take Amarin's current situation and do a 13:1 reverse split. It now becomes 30 million shares @ $91 PPS. MC remains unchanged at $2.7 billion.

This would not effect any BO premium.

But yes, of course dilutions or granting stock to management dilutes the stock, but that's cost of doing business. Did PAND CEO work for free? Did they not do any dilutions?
