Yeah, was only thinking of your experience. Walking would be good if one knee wasn't
stuffed making moving fast enough to make it really of benefit sorta impossible at times.

Since being fit is important for the bp and since i want to get get back to no tablet normal guess i've gotta get back into swimming.
