All I know about is my own regimen, I got off the bp meds just by hiking every day. You already walk a lot, I imagine most people are unique in many ways, and I am not trained medically. I used to do the emt stuff for car wrecks, etc. when I lived at remote duty stations, but meds are outside my pay grade.
