I have said this before and I am invested over ten years and seen it all. Don't be too excited of seeing a buyout. That may not work out so well for all investors. Just my opinion, but with the majority of stock owned by the FAMILY and with much of that stock they have accumulated at low prices (50% discount) from note loans they have from the company, their sales price might be GREAT for them but not so much for us stockholders that had to pay full price for our shares. IMO there are two levels of stockhoders here and we are not level ONE. Level ONE will be taken care of in the event of a buyout, THAT we can assume due to the majority of stock they own. Not so much for level two investors. That is why I am looking for, as of now, to getting this company successful and profitable, thus lifting the stock price. That might be the better way for us to reap rewards as opposed to a buyout. Again all IMO and I could be wrong. Just being skeptical from being invested in this for so many years.
