Yes, thats fine. You are referring to old stuff now though. Also, just because product isnt currently selling doesnt CONFIRM that this is a scam. There could be something pending that is yet to be announced, usually hinted by some sudden increased volume.

Too soon to tell, certainly too soon to be spouting on public forums that you have confirmed it is a scam...
