You can look at the suspensions SEC has posted this year. Some are for false information provided to share holders & some for late filings since 2017 & 2013!!

SCIE’s delinquency
in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since November
2017,
having failed to file any quarterly reports for the first, second or third quarters of 2018,
2019 and 2020.

HYII is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since November 2013

Here these 41 Companies failed to respond to SEC inquiry?

The staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission has independently
endeavored to determine whether any of the issuers below are operating. For each of the issuers
below: 1) the issuer failed to respond to the staff’s inquiry about its operating status, did not have
an operational address, or failed to provide its registered agent with an operational address; or 2)
the staff confirmed with the issuer that it was no longer in operation.

COUV a statement made by the Company on December 1, 2020 claiming that it is
currently selling a face mask that has been proven to filter 98% of COVID-19 particles, and that
the mask is “scientifically proven to kill COVID-19 particles”; and (b) a statement by the
