Thanks great point. I went with 94m Beneficially Owned and note 1) with voting rights Blah Blah and didn’t consider notes 4,5,6 etc. with each name that breaks out options. So now I see they may need retail votes but it’s hard to say with no filings since then if there’s any other block to assist them. Like E says though who’s gonna vote against the move the stock has made of late so it’s not really an issue.
