That's not all voting shares. There are a bunch of options included in those numbers. It probably wouldn't make sense for insiders to execute. Do you think Squires has a couple $million lying around to do a cash exercise?

There is a lot of mention of cashless exercise in the last K filed, so assuming that's an option, why would any of the insiders want to do a cashless exercise today unless the options were about to expire or they thought the stock was overvalued?
