It's possible they feel they got ripped off and so now are not paying much attention anymore. I don't know, and the complexity is confusing.

If the big money players have any influence at all on the timing and they're happy with what they expect to get then it seems they would be pressuring anyone and everyone to finish it up and distribute.

If however, emotionally speaking, they were seriously disappointed when it was revealed that - oh wait a minute - their original bet had been docked for misbehavior or what have you then they may just be backing off. IDK
