Question. What to make of dividends given to shareholders in 2017 but the CEO never changed the CUSPID NUMBER of the dividends to a TICKER SYMBOL which would, then, allow the trading of them? With Cuspid Number only they are currently WORTHLESS, according to an Etrade broker.

Wouldn't this be worthy of an SEC/FINRA complaint?

P.S. Why ask about them NOW? Because the ticker took off. The shares were valued @.0008 in 2017 (the shares eventually dropped to .0001) but the share price now is @.0388.
