mxp1: You are correct. BP does not have mfg at scale for DC manufacturing. About the only thing BP offers besides $ is experience getting the BLAs submitted and responded to. So, it is possible LP is attempting to partner up with folks outside BP to make this happen. Besides, what kind of friend has BP been to NWBO, besides the short Duffy stint? IMO, BP has been a big hindrance not any help. Doc Logic has a different opinion on this, and he well may be very correct. Peace.
