Here’s the thing they are requesting custodianship through the courts on 3/17 which is public information. If it’s gets granted by a JUDGE then it’s all legal. You might not like it but your just some random dude on the internet. Also stop acting like you have connections to the SEC. If there’s a problem they will look into it and reach out to the legal professionals. If the courts grant it. It’s legal. Idk man you just reek of bad vibes lol
