Is most of these dormant companies are abandoned tickers, they are in non reporting status with the SEC & the State they're registered in. To get control, it's about getting custodianship of the company, filing all that is required to reinstate the company in the registered state (sometimes having to pay off debts incurred) Then IF granted, they can go about dealing with the share structure, transfer agent & OTC etc

There is a process, but at this time we can't say if that's what's happening.

The order flow through at $79k was rather remarkable, if you think of it that last week was the first time this traded in a bit.
