How would they get control without buying shares? Not like the insiders had many to give them. They need to collect the shares that have been sold for tax losses over the years. I've seen it happen a couple times in past decade with stocks that were dead for years. That is why I don't sell these stocks. But, time will tell who knows what is really going on.
