If Ryan knew what he was doing and had a successful business he would not be a non-reporting company. He would be happy to share the successes and his financials. All of those years in the industry he would be leveraging his receivables for INSTITUTIONAL FUNDING. He has a weak balance sheet so his only options for funding are Death Spiral Notes & dilution. Watch and learn. No filings, minimal revenues, no cash on hand and a stock price that will go lower. In the mean time probably a good flip while they are propping it up.
