Also interesting that Lebby has ties to Bill Ring of BB Photonics which is at the heart of Poet's Optical Interposer, in fact, Lebby had Dr Ring Co-Chair a PIC conference a couple years back, and Lebby also signed off on the sale of BB Photonics to Poet from OneChip several years ago

plus Lebby has forever told Investors in presentations that the true next-gen solutions would be Hybrids, and he has always shown Polymer and Dielectrics as the two main enabling technologies, so is it any surprise that Dielectrics was what BB Photonics brought to Poet to enable the InP/Dielectric Optical Interposer
