This is the Big news for A2-73 by Dr. Missling's CC. this past week. AVXL should move to a 4 Billion Market Cap on this news. imo

"Researchers at the University of California, San Diego have identified the underlying cause of Alzheimer's disease in Europe. They discovered that changes in the structure of chromatin are responsible. Sigma-1 receptor, the direct target which gets activated with ANAVEX 2-73 demonstrated to restore chromatin structures". WINNER!

In published experience, ANAVEX 2-73 has been also linked to the prevention and treatment of age-associated diseases through induction of the autophagy cellular recycling process and enhanced protein clearance in cell which is relevant in these diseases.
