You're right, I have no idea why; a company with no discernible revenue, and saddled with debt continues to garner blind enthusiasm. I've owned this on and off for three years, once I ascertained the simplistic cycle, I will continue to cheerfully garner an 80% ROI 2-3 times a year. The IP is solid, though VerdeWatts would have no interest in a merger, why? Simply license use as needed. Fundamentals matter, and hope is not a prudent financial principle!
