Zapgo was either bankrupt or nearly so. Their tech is nowhere near viable or market ready. Of course, longs disagree.

I won't be surprised if they back out of the merger....

This expert market nonsense may help how it trades. I just checked out VSYM, which was suspended 1/19. Traded huge volume today, and, mostly in the last 2-3-4 days, is way above its suspension price.
