SSM Monopoly could have been buying shares before they took control...just something else to consider.
There is no doubt of that, accumulation started exactly on the 1st of December 2020. From then until now 623,868,821 has traded.
If true, then they would need to contact the TA and initiate a corporate action of some sort (maybe retire some shares to get the share structure more in line with its potential future value) or (organize its true share structure for a reverse merger into higher valued corporation as is).
I have already reached out to TA (see previous post here: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=161497557), with an outstanding bill due to TA of over $150,000 its unlikely they will get any corporate action done like a reverse split to make it attractive to potential buyer. Seems Jason is pissed at the Company so I doubt he will he will negotiate a settlement of lower than $100,000 which would leave Kareem out of the shell game.
Either way...an audit will have to take place especially if you consider that the history of this company should be purged to start clean and fresh. Kareem could never get an audit done on CRGP because he does not hold the financials of the Company for the last two years.
I'm not selling cheap! I am a long and here to fight for the value of my property and make bank! You might want to reconsider and sell very soon because based on the new found information Kareem will most likely dump the shares he has accumulated driving the price down.
