There is no 'he' or 'she' - as I've stated, it is a royal family that will exercise monarchial/monarchical power as some form of family collective governance.

Presumably, the family will be incentivized to suppress and weed~OUTT the badd seeds and dumbmkopfs und Dreckskerls from any positions of authority. Just like we don't lett Batty Aunt Rose with dementia be responsible for organizing the family reunion in July.

It is much like hereditary family businesses operate. There are usually a couple of smart kids that the older gang incentivize to become well-educated and then run a small part of the business to eventually take over when the current old generation passes the torch to them, butt siblings and cousins and aunt and uncles have a say in matters. There are many multigenerational family businesses that operate (or have operated in the past) in this manner. Some are very, very large and multinational.

Offhand and without research, I'd cite the Rothschilds and the Kohlers (of porcelain throne fame). BTW, they also bring in ~OUTTside hired talent to help manage things.
