Question: Who can help me out with honest opinion of $PHIL financials? Having owned many penny stocks over the years, I've seen financials be a huge uptick and also a downturn.

That said, anyone willing to give me their opinion if financials are not that strong, can this stock tank? Not trying to be a negative Nelly, but what are the odds this ticker goes up verses down?

And what makes you believe financials will be strong?
