Their plan is available on PACER and Pacermonitor, docket #45. It can be read by anybody wanting to know what sort of "deal" they worked out. The "deal" cancels the common stock. There's no reason for the company to leave it standing if their new investors want to own the whole company. That's just the way these bankruptcies work.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
