They noticed huge money joining the bottom feeders and that is unacceptable so they are forcing money upward for the benefit of all the suits and cronies. Evil and just plain wrong all under the guise of protecting us. They just can't stand to see the retailers (dumb money) making any advances on their playground. Pathetic losers.
