DOE Prime Contract with Battelle for the
Management and Operation of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory DE-AC05-76RL01830
The DarkPulse Inc - $5 Billion Dollar Govt Connection:
About Battelle Memorial Institute (it’s important because it all ties together)
The largest private, non-profit research and development organization in the world.]
Battelle’s vision is to be a major force in science and technology discovery and in the translation of knowledge into innovative applications that have significant societal and economic impacts. Government and commercial customers seek out Battelle because of a reputation in providing high-quality engineering, scientific, management, logistical, and analytical solutions.
Battelle also has a substantial management role at the following national laboratories for the Department of Energy: Brookhaven National Lab, Idaho National Lab, Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Los Alamos National Lab, National Renewable Energy Lab, Oak Ridge National Lab, and Pacific Northwest National Lab. It manages the National Biodefense Analysis & Countermeasures Center for the Department of Homeland Security. These national laboratories deliver capabilities that drive scientific discovery.
Before we go further, let's get acquainted with what Government Contract DE-AC05-76RL01830 is for.
Battelle is responsible for the Management and Operation of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, maintaining and enhancing the facility, equipment, and business infrastructure, and marketing laboratory capabilities to meet current and future government science and technology needs.
https://www.pnnl.gov/ (not your average laboratory)...more on this significance later.
The beginnings of this Laboratory are rooted in the history of the Hanford Site and its evolution over time, from a production effort, to a Cold War deterrent, evolving to support the Hanford Site’s environmental remediation efforts to its current missions of national security, energy and environmental and nuclear science.
The contract has been non-competitively extended from the original award date of 12/30/1964. The contract to manage and operate the Laboratory was recently extended effective October 1, 2017 and continuing through September 30, 2022. The total contract value is approximately $5B for the remainder of the term if funding continues at its present rate. As the M&O Contractor, (Aggregate Contract at $20Billion) ~contract likely extended considering legacy (speculative).

Now, let’s fast forward to how this applies to DarkPulse.
If you’ve not read the first DD Drop “Background”, I highly suggest you read it first. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=161405552
Pay special attention to the one board member I included, keep him as well as the other board members in mind when reading this.
The Company’s management team is continually identifying markets in which our DarkPulse Technology may be readily applied. Once these markets (as described below) have been addressed, our DarkPulse Technology may be adapted and applied to new markets.
Security & Defense (pg 3,4 -10k) I pulled these as they are relevant to the contract

DPLS also owns proprietary patents
==========================================
T H I S - I S - T H E - I M P O R T A N T - D E T A I L
*These inventions were made with government support under Contract Number DE-AC05-76RL01830 awarded by the U.S. Department of Energy. The government has certain rights in the inventions.
This is the $5 Billion Dollar Contract / $20Billion + in Aggregate
==========================================
DPLS is essentially fulfilling Battelle’s Govt contract obligation around certain aspects of this contract by proxy ---Y U U U U U G E….remember DarkPulse board member Dr. Joseph Catalino?
Are you following along? Battelle is the backbone that is supporting PNNL, (this is the REAL DEAL Folks.) - dig into their websites. We are seemingly building out the technology for three types of patents (listed below) as part of a Battelle government contract with PNNL, we can also sell commercially, to the government and sub license based on this agreement.
Based on our rev shares with Battelle and the fact that Battelle is a Non-Profit, this looks like DPLS is shaping up to be a familiar Face of their sensor/sensing sector and the pass-through for commercialization globally as a matter of national security.
“Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is a leading center for scientific discovery in chemistry, data analytics, and Earth science, and for technological innovation in energy resiliency and national security.”
DarkPulse has Exclusive Patent License Rights for 3 unique critical sensor detection systems (These are significant when you take a look at PNNL initiatives in certain areas: https://www.pnnl.gov/weapons-mass-effect
(DPLS Own Their Own Patents Too) - https://patents.google.com/patent/US7245790B2/en
LICENSED FIELD 1
means and is limited to explosives detection when combined with a quadrupole or ion trap mass spectrometer, or with an ion mobility spectrometer.
LICENSED FIELD 2
means and is limited to illicit drug detection when combined with a quadrupole or ion trap mass spectrometer, or with an ion mobility spectrometer.
LICENSED FIELD 3
means and is limited to chemical warfare agent detection when combined with a quadrupole or ion trap mass spectrometer, or with an ion mobility spectrometer.
Yes, it seems we are the lead on innovating and developing highly sensitive sensing technology for the Government specific to explosive, illicit drugs (border walls) and chemical warfare. This is becoming increasingly verifiable once you piece all of the activity together. These initiatives will most likely fall under Dark Pulse Technologies, INC Ultra-High Sensitivity Sensors ("UHSS") security platform.
DPTI (DPLS) has another arm which is it's DPTI Fiber security platform.
Milestones:
As part of the agreement with Battelle, DarkPulse has to meet certain milestones as defined in the agreement:.
(EDITED 2.7.2020)Now, there is a caveat here. Some dates have trailed timeline due dates due to Covid (via 8k) however, there are no indicators that there have been any material changes with the Battelle License agreement.
Additionally, information is limited to what's available online meaning that every timeline may have in fact been met. Some matters including sensitive information may not be for public consumption yet.
The following is speculating that things are still moving forward with adjusted timelines.

| 2022 and each calendar year thereafter during the term of this Agreement.$80,000
Now, let's take a speculative view of how all of this may tie into PNNL initiatives, managed by Battelle with DPTI as an EXCLUSIVE LICENSEE of VERY SPECIFIC SENSING PATENTS for DEVELOPMENT. (Remember the board of DPTI? :) …. It keeps coming together.
Keep in mind all of this is specific to the government and does not include commercial contracts, sub licenses et al. So, buckle up buttercup, cause to me, this looks ripe for growth. (We’re just getting started)
https://www.pnnl.gov/explosives-detection
DPTI (DPLS) LICENSED FIELD 1 would be applicable
“Using advanced electro-optic methods, we are working to increase standoff detection capabilities. These improvements make it possible to detect explosive chemicals and material anomalies from a distance, thereby enabling an earlier warning as threats approach a checkpoint or critical infrastructure.”
‘We continue to expand direct, real-time explosive vapor detection capabilities by manipulating the ionization chemistry and enhancing detection limits and selectivity, resulting in lower false alarm rates while detecting vanishingly small traces of explosive material. Our vapor detection capabilities are being developed as a cornerstone technology to aviation security with a canine-like ability to sniff out explosives from the vapor plume. This same capability is also being adapted and applied to the detection of narcotics.”
https://www.pnnl.gov/weapons-mass-effect
DPTI (DPLS) LICENSED FIELD 1, 2, 3 would be applicable
“PNNL brings robust measurement and materials characterization capabilities and expertise to address these threats. Research strengths include chemical and biological science, systems engineering, applied physics and mathematics, software engineering, and radiation and nuclear detection science.”
“From sensor development and deployment, modeling and simulation, and advanced data analysis to sample collection and preparation, detection, and analytical methods for high confidence measurements—our work finds applications in border security, treaty verification, environmental monitoring, and other applications that directly support national security.”
In my opinion we are highly involved with government agencies on matters of national security. A private contractor with established government patent licenses for development and commercialization. Our board of directors have deep government backgrounds. If the technology proves out, we have a company that won't fail as a matter of national security if nothing else. IMO
