We think that's just the automated email response. Bernard has a tendency to not tell everything like it is. The email should read "We have been dealing with a bogus share buy back along with a misrepresented profit margin for the last year and a half and are working diligently on spending the money the bag holders gave us before the SEC slapped us with a law suit"..but I think that's not going to help them much.
