I received an email from Halitron. I do not have a position in HAON right now. I emailed them on the 13th, just to see if they would respond before I buy in. Here is a response from them this morning:

Halitron, Inc. continues to implement its roll up business model with the one of its objectives to be a current reporting OTC Markets trading Company. For the past year and half we have been focusing on portfolio operations with the goal to generate cash flows to support the pubco.
