Jenna, We also have the Mortgage Bankers purchase app numbers for last week coming out tomorrow am at 7am. Last week's fall was thought to be an abberation. I think the the last two months of extraordinary strength has been the abberation. Last week's figures were more in line with closer to the average over the last year. I think we could see another "low" number that could put additional weight on these builders.

Anyway, I'm damn tired of being wrong about these guys. LOL!
