The retail brokers' rules don't distinguish between current and prospective shareholders. It would be very difficult to grandfather in more buying by existing shareholders while barring new people from buying.

A warning is one thing and not a bad thing. Protecting me from myself is something else - I don't need that.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
