Thank you for posting an updated organization chart. The solid line typically denotes ownership, and many indicate the percentage of ownership accordingly. I see no such ownership percentage designation from Professor Li to EON, which would imply 100%. My understanding is that is not correct.
Nor is there any "controllership' of EON designated.

I may simply not understand the organization chart, although it seems to be
a pretty standard format.

The percentage of EON share ownership seems to be missing, or indication of
any other controllership that applies. LQMT obviously is contracted with
EONTEC.
