No deal in the EU means a year plus of JT slogging thru the various countries price negotiations and a year before a decision is rendered re the Hikma/ HealthNet legal action ...assuming it goes to trial.

Good data on the Covid trials is a wild card ...IMHO the FDA is unlikely to move on the Prepare It data alone ...but they might on Kaisers MITIGATE study .

The 8K is a sign to me that AMRN is getting ready to try and interest suitors ...NVS being the most logical IMHO.
Hope they pull it off .
