And even more to the point, I have been right about all of it, except the R/S. Only reason I missed that as a judgement call, was I did not think they were ready to move over night to being a 10 Billion dollar biotech. The R/S and what we have seen and what I have found (I have shared all of what I found, much of it is copyright protected), confirms the case #2 of a mega biotech birth from a shell in the very last stages.
The shell is about to hatch folks, and we own the float!
The why's and what's is they did not want to tell people what they were doing until it was done, and final.
To have said what they were doing (buying most of Keystone Nano) might have been considered a Pump, and gotten the SEC to suspend trading?
It also might have attracted other buyers to Keystone Nano. And there were I have no doubt, dozens of NDAs gagging everyone.
95% of Keystone Nano has vanished.
Keystone Nano went dark on all social media a week before the MILV shareholder meeting.

5% of Keystone has a new company name and the Keystone Nano CEO runs it, so where did the other 95% go? The Phase III cancer drug trial.
To the company that has Mark Kestor just added to the website, NDTP, IMHO.
