Bly03 ... Please don't get me wrong. I don't like what is happening at all. It is just that if I were the CEO and had trouble making enough progress in moving PNT to market, the last thing that I would do is allow the shareholders to take control of the very company that I conceived and got off the ground. That's all I'm saying. Would you?
I would like the laws to change to force transfer of ownership from insiders to incumbent shareholders when management cranks up the printing press to compensate for their incompetencies. However the law is the law and as an entrepreneur I would exercise the law at its fullest in order to maintain majority control. So I don’t blame management for simply exercising the law. If they raise the speed limit on the highway from 55 to 65 I’ll go 65. From a morale perspective I think it stinks.
What we needed was the BBX. Problem with that as I see it would be that CDIK would sink into the pink sheets and that would hurt the incumbent investors all the more. The BBX would be great if one was looking to buy into a penny stock for the first time. IMO it would wipe out incumbent investors of those pennies that sink to the pinks where virtually no rules apply
