Penny,

As we we discussed on the other board, I have a far less charitible view of the situation. In fact, in my example on the other board where I was the one who got to print free shares (it's good to be the insider), and you didn't, I did so. This, of course diluted your ownership percentage without diluting mine. In my example, you used the term "bad marriage" to describe the situation where the insider was able to do this.

How is the situation between CDIK management and us shareholders different from my example? Why would you support what CDIK management is doing, but consider it a "bad marriage" partnership in my example?

I fully understand the need to issue and sell shares to raise money to keep the company afloat until revenues can be achieved with sales. However, this should be transferring ownership percentage to non-insiders. In my opionion, the fact that this company has gone from around 30 million shares outstanding to almost 160 million in the last two years, while at the same time insider ownership has INCREASED is outrageous.

I still own quite a few shares of CDIK, and I still think that there is a very good chance to make a good bit of money with this company. But that does not mean that I support what management is doing. In fact, I think we would be better off if they did not have majority ownership.
