SOHM, Inc., Announces Initial Purchase Order for its new CBD product line.

CHINO HILLS, CA—January 27, 2021 – SOHM, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SHMN), a generic Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and Cosmeceutical company that manufactures and markets generic drugs covering numerous treatment categories, announced today some of the developments with the company and their new product line purchase orders into the US OTC retail, prescription, contract manufacturing, and white label manufacturing and marketing space.

SOHM has received an initial purchase order from its B2B customer for its newly launched CBD Pain Relief Cream in a private label agreement.

This is just the beginning of launching its CBD line of products into major retail stores. SOHM’s customer will be distributing them to various chain stores throughout the United States.

This new purchase order comes from a current customer that has been purchasing products from SOHM since 2017.

Mr. Baron Night, the CEO, said, “SOHM is very pleased to have received this order from this customer that supplies retail and pharmacy networks all across the United States. This represents an annualized commitment once this order is executed and the product is on the shelf of retail stores.

Mr. Night continued saying that the company also anticipates another purchase order for one of its travel size Hand Sanitizer products from the same customer. SOHM’s spokesperson said once the CBD based product line and other product orders are in its pipeline, it will assure that SOHM achieves its target for higher revenue growth in 2021 compared to previous years.
