I believe you mean our InnovoQor shares, not RNVA. The InnovoQor deal should finalize on / before Jan 31. Once that deal is finalized InnovoQor will officially become a public trading company. At that point TPTW will receive the 5 Million Shares of Stock, which they are giving us shareholders 2.5 Million. TPTW is essentially giving shareholders 25% ownership of InnovoQor for free... I would expect a press release in the next week or so outlining all the finer details and transaction date on when they will show up in our accounts. I would not expect anything from TPTW until the deal closes this week.
