I am not sure when I flipped over but it was long before COVID. I live by the mantra "life is too short" I dont sweat much. Kids are early 20s and already graduated degrees and working good jobs in thier fields. I do stuff for work. Consulting and accounting. Contract work. I golf a lot. I sold my business 9 years ago and since my stress level has been nil.
