Well, it's an open question. Last April a series (4) of News Releases were penned by Mark Newbauer, contending that this so-called 100 Million dollar merger was complete, and that Kerry A McDonald was the acquiring company's CEO, (Strategic Health Care Alliances) and that he was now also the CEO of VGTL, and that the operation is quartered under VGTL. Since last April the company has released zero updates, and the contact info given in the 4 news releases "[e-mail]" has not returned a single email, to the best of my knowledge. Mr Newbauer has not updated shareholders since last April either, by Tweet or by a News Release. I just recently re-upped the former Ibox, which I had taken down several moths ago, due to the dubious nature of the content and the fact that so-called CEO McDonald had yet to communicate with shareholders. His only contribution appears to be his name, and a few quotes attributed to him by Mark B Newbauer; one of which contains a quote by McDonald apparently, praising Newbauer for his management skills. The SEC & FINRA don't share this accolade, as Newbauer's MIKP was shut down for bogus news releases, culminating fraud, not late or missing financial statements. MIKP is still "Grey" despite Newbauer's contention that it would be returned to the Pinksheets "soon" which effort apparently started several years ago, to no avai

By the way, I checked out "RIM Healthcare" and a couple of others in his corporate history, and they all appear to have gone the way of the dodo.

I posted this link last week that showed aprx $400k yearly revenue (as opposed to the $100M Newbauer and only Newbauer claimed) but I see it's now gone 404)

This link lists him as a consultant, not the CEO of Strategic Healthcare Alliances, as Newbauer suggests, along with a laundry list of other accolades, which only seem to live in VGTL News Releases

This is the company that "Strategic Healthcare Alliances" points to, although the "s" is dropped from Alliances. The other link, now 404 since last week, contended that McDonald"s Healthcare company, was under the VGTL corporation.
