The only info I can find that Strategic Healthcare Alliance is a $100MM company comes from Newbauer prose. As such, the figure is dubious at best, fragrantly fraudulent at worst, but given Newbauer's penchant for OUTRAGEOUS bs, the likely best guess. Couple that with no mention of McDonald on their SHA website, and what do you have? Another in a long line of Newbauer BS news releases, that have earned him multiple sanctioning from multiple federal agencies.
Since so-called CEO (from 10 months ago) has yet to make a single news release on behalf of VGTL, and since there has been zero communication from him to shareholders via the only communication portal offered in the 4 dubious news releases, all penned by Newbauer, it's a safe bet that these dubious news releases were part of an orchestrated effort to artificially inflate the stock price and volume.
There is no evidence that McDonald, fwiw, has any involvement with VGTL. People propping up the NYSOS web portal claiming that McDonld is the CEO, misunderstand that anything offered on the portal (see disclaimer on NYSOS website, is NOT recognized as true, or official)
If Newbauer does not come clean about his involvement in perpetuating this hoax and leaving investors to fill in the chasm of missing information, I will personally send the accompanying documentation to themSEC, and the DOJ.
Mr Newbauer you are on notice and have 10 days to release a statement to shareholders before I act.
