That was definitely the house he bought for himself; I found the link in one of my old posts from 2010. As I said, he also bought one for Mel; maybe that had "Golf" in its name. It was more attractive than Monk's.

How are you sure that is his house today?

It was the one he bought in 2010, and it hasn't been sold since then. As I said, I tried to check with the Assessor's site, but that doesn't seem to be working tonight. Maybe they're doing maintenance or something.

And it was he who did buy it in 2010, in the name of one of his companies. As I recall, he kept the purchase secret, pretending he still lived in Connecticut. Until somebody told me he'd moved to Arizona, and I looked up the documents.
