jay52, KA, point taken, so I emailed Charles and asked him if they were "INVITED" or just set up shop there? Probably too busy to respond but I can't imagine that just any Company can set up shop there, especially a relatively unknown Company like ENZC from OTC Penny Land. I would assume that it needs Gov approval to participate in a Gov Program. So I think the answer is implied. all IMO
