Dead stock walking. This common stock will be cancelled when the company’s bankruptcy plan is effective. This is like musical chairs, only there are no chairs. Once the music stops, whoever is holding stock will lose 100% of their investment.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
