I have little doubt he will vote to impeach. He's telegraphing it to the Republicans I'd say. It wasn't the time or place for him to affirm his choice, just his leaning.

He knows his power/political future is dependent on Schumer. I thought it was a very powerful rebuke fwiw. One could almost feel Ted Cruz sinking in his chair, after McConnell mentioned "other powerful people" aided the president in his lies.

Mitch, Surely your comments condemning the president warrant your voting to impeach him. If not how much farther would a
president have to go before you would say it's time to draw a red line to guide future overly-authoritarian presidents like Trump.
