Yep read them and my concern right now is with the increase in volume traded and the T/A being gagged. Until I can get the share structure from the T/A I am very, very cautious with a pinky stock! I have taken my profits on CHHH until I can get some clarification of share structure. I think this is the second S8 they have filed and it just concerns me they will do it again. Make your own decisions but right now profits are good! This stock goes up and down very, very quickly!
