They filed their quarterlies, and I see the S8, which is only for 9 mill. When they bought the pharm. co. they paid with 20 mill restricted shares, if I remember correctly. As of their last quarterly, they had 81+ mill shs, plus the 9 mill in the S8 (filed after the quarter). Have you read the news that was put out on Jan 8th??
